Babak Siavoshy is the Chief Financial Officer at Anduril Industries. As an early member of Anduril’s senior leadership team, Babak has been responsible for the pricing, contracts, and financial strategy for many of Anduril’s most important deals. He founded Anduril’s corporate development team, where he led multiple major acquisitions and helped Anduril’s investment team raise billions in private capital financing. Before taking on the position of CFO, Babak led multiple functional teams at Anduril, including legal, proposals, contracts and pricing, compliance, security, and corporate development. He joined Anduril in 2018 after serving in various roles at Palantir Technologies and as an associate at O’Melveny & Myers.
